Celebrating International Youth Day with an Inspiring Workshop on Plastic Pollution

Haldane Youth Services would like to extend a warm thank you to the fantastic team at Sealife Loch Lomond for hosting an unforgettable International Youth Day event.

Our young people were welcomed with open arms and treated to an engaging afternoon filled with discovery, creativity, and empowerment.

The interactive tour and workshop provided a hands-on learning experience about the dangers of plastic pollution and the importance of environmental responsibility. Through dynamic activities and thoughtful discussions, the group explored how their everyday choices can make a powerful impact on the planet.

The afternoon was not only educational but uplifting—sparking real conversations and inspiring our youth to become champions of change in their communities. It’s experiences like these that help reinforce our mission to empower young people through knowledge and action.
